This course is designed to introduce the students in the basic principles of leadership. Throughout this course, students will learn to identify their strengths and skills and work to empower them. They will be able to explore their talents and weaknesses, find their own leadership style, learn about the basics of negotiation, how to work with groups and learn how they lead their teams through different situations.

Given that the course will be offered in an international context, it will also allow students to explore the importance of interpersonal and intercultural skills when being part of an international team. Finally, the course will allow students to transfer all their skills and leadership competencies to the areas of innovation, creativity, stress management and organizational change.
